Round twelve of the Moto3 World Championship began today at the Misano Marco Simoncelli Circuit. The Red Bull KTM Ajo riders had their first run-out at a tough track and ended the day pleased with the work carried out. Luis Salom was sixth on the combined timesheet and escaped unharmed from a heavy crash late on, stuff whilst Zulfahmi Khairuddin and Arthur Sissis placed fourteenth and seventeenth, viagra 60mg respectively.

An ambient temperature of 21ºC and 17ºC on track greeted the Red Bull KTM Ajo riders on Friday morning. They devoted the first session to working on the best lines at a tricky circuit, in which every millisecond counts. Luis Salom was seventh fastest, with a time of 1:44.778, Arthur Sissis —1:45.361— twelfth and Zulfahmi Khairuddin —1:45.506— fourteenth.

Work continued in a similar fashion in the afternoon. However, Luis Salom suffered a big late crash 16 minutes before the end of the session, chasing a hot lap. Despite a heavy landing, the Spaniard was able to go back out on track and lower his lap time, claiming sixth off a 1:44.389 lap.

Zulfahmi Khairuddin —1:44.856— was thirteenth, with Arthur Sissis —1:44.954— in sixteenth. The duo were happy with their feeling on the bike and with the setup used on their KTMs, and hope to use this to gain the best possible grid position tomorrow.

“We tried all sorts of setups today and drew some important conclusions. We have found the way forward to feeling comfortable on the opening day. I crashed at the end of the second session and hurt my injured foot a little, but I was able to finish the session and improve my best time on the only lap that I was able to complete afterwards. I hope to keep improving tomorrow and work as well as always.”

“Today didn’t go badly. I felt good on the bike and this is very important. I have a problem in the opening sector, as I am slow there and am losing a lot of time. However, in the rest of the circuit I think I’m doing well. If I can manage to go faster in the first sector and improve a little elsewhere, then it will be a big step forward. I will watch the video of the practice sessions later and try to move into the top ten tomorrow.”

“Today went well. In the morning we used the same setup as at the last race and had a good feeling, as I put in my fastest lap when riding alone. I focused on my riding and didn’t have any problems. In the second session we improved our pace, but not enough to be amongst the top ten. Even though the final placing isn’t great, I am happy. The key now is that I feel comfortable on the bike.”
