The Red Bull KTM Ajo Moto3 rider receives surgery at the Hospital Universitari Dexeus to treat a multifragmentary fracture to his left tibia.

Dani Holgado underwent a successful operation at the Hospital Universitari Dexeus in Barcelona on Thursday afternoon, to treat a multifragmentary fracture to the tibia of his left leg. The Red Bull KTM Ajo Moto3 rider had suffered an accident on Wednesday morning while training on a motorbike, leading to the injury.

Dr. Ignacio Ginebreda, Director of the Bone Reconstruction and Lengthening Unit at ICATME, together with his team operated on the Spanish rider. The surgery was a success and Holgado will begin recovery work in the next few weeks.
