Öncü and Rueda ready for challenge of Indian Grand Prix

This weekend, the Moto3 World Championship begins an intense series of flyaway rounds that will continue over the coming weeks. The Indian Grand Prix will be the first stop for the Red Bull KTM Ajo riders. After the good results achieved in recent races, Deniz Öncü and Jose Antonio Rueda will face this new challenge at the new Buddh circuit.
Öncü was on the podium at the San Marino Grand Prix, finishing in third position. The Turkish rider continues to obtain great results, and has accumulated 5 rostrums in the last 7 races, including two victories, taking him into the title fight. The Red Bull KTM Ajo rider is currently fourth in the standings with 144 points, heading to a track that is unknown to the entire field.
Rueda continues to take great strides in his first season in the World Championship. The young Spanish rider will work to adapt as best as possible from the beginning of the weekend. Rueda faces this Grand Prix as a new opportunity to continue progressing in the Moto3 class. The rookie occupies eighth place in the overall standings with 88 points.
Red Bull KTM Ajo lead the Team standings with 232 points, 17 points ahead of the team in second place. The 17-lap Moto3 Indian Grand Prix will take place this Sunday at 12:30pm local time.
