Jose Antonio Rueda misses the Americas GP race after undergoing surgery

The Moto3 rider underwent successful surgery last night after being diagnosed with appendicitis.

Red Bull KTM Ajo Moto3 rider Jose Antonio Rueda has been diagnosed with appendicitis during the Grand Prix of the Americas and has been forced to undergo surgery, missing the third race of the season.

The Spanish rider began to feel unwell after the qualifying sessions and, after initial care at the circuit’s Medical Center, he was transferred to the Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin for further examinations. After confirming the result, Rueda underwent surgery this Saturday with a satisfactory result. Red Bull KTM Ajo would like to thank Dr. Angel Charte and the medical services for their quick assistance.
