“The second day has finished here at Jerez and again we have good feelings. I’m very happy with the work we are doing with the team and very satisfied with the feeling I am getting on my bike. Tomorrow is the last day, so it will be time to finetune some details to be able to close the test with everything in place. We need to continue working on race pace in preparation for the start of the season, as the Thai Grand Prix is just around the corner and we want to arrive in the most competitive shape possible.”

#83 ALVARO CARPE

“It’s another positive day, and we managed to improve our best time from yesterday even further. That is very important as it means that we continue to take small steps forward every time we go out on track. The work by the team and my crew has been very important, as they are helping me to understand the bike and adapt to it, so the processes have been fast and efficient. Tomorrow we will try to take another step forward to leave the test with a good taste in our mouths.”
