Red Bull KTM Ajo Moto3 will compete in the fifth round of the season.

Deniz Öncü and Jose Antonio Rueda have arrived at Le Mans for the latest round of the Moto3 World Championship. After a productive test in Jerez, the Red Bull KTM Ajo riders have renewed energy and clear ideas for the French Grand Prix.

Öncü, who completed a solid Spanish Grand Prix, had a good feeling throughout the entire weekend, despite a bittersweet race in which he placed ninth. The Turkish rider was once again the fastest rider in the post-race test in Jerez and is confident of getting a good result in France. Öncü is tenth in the Moto3 standings with 23 points.

Rueda was fifth on race day in Spain, and in the subsequent test he set the fourth best time of the day. The Spaniard is taking great strides and is becoming more and more comfortable with the KTM. Rueda took part in the 2022 French Grand Prix as a stand-in rider and faces this weekend as a new opportunity to demonstrate his talent and continue picking up points that keep him as the best Rookie in the class, in which he is currently eighth with 30 points.

The Red Bull KTM Ajo Moto3 team are fifth in the team standings with 53 points. In addition, in 2022 the team achieved victory at Le Mans with Jaume Masia. The Moto3 French Grand Prix race will take place on Sunday, May 14th at 11 AM local time.
