The first Free Practice began with favorable track conditions. #37 AUGUSTO FERNANDEZ

“It was a good day and very positive. We’ve set the fastest times and maintained a good pace. In the afternoon it was harder for us due to the temperatures and the wind, but it was the same for all of us. The important thing is that we have a good feeling. Tomorrow we will test the soft tyre and see if we can use it for the race. We want to continue like this and give our all every day.”

#51 PEDRO ACOSTA

“Last year’s race was not the best for us, although we were up at the front. Today we were sixth and we knew how to manage things well. The conditions were not easy and there were several crashes. Our goal tomorrow is to be strong in qualifying. We will test the tyres to find out which option is the best for the race, and we are looking for our best pace. The important thing is to have a good base for Sunday.”
